Thanks for getting back with me Gabor.

I have plenty of free memory and am running XP.

Not sure on the virus checker or policy preventing opening.  I am running
McAfee.  How would I find out if there is a system policy preventing it?  I
will say, that when I was at work (and on the system), I was unable to
download any IDEs, but had no trouble downloading when I got home.

I also tried running Padre from cmd, with no success.
