So I'm a bit confused. One of the developers of Padre is trying to steer me away from Padre? :)
I do appreciate the insight there, but at the moment, I'm in my same predicament. I am brand new to Perl, and at the moment, don't have any help from my employer. I need a free or low cost software that will allow me to script, and more importantly debug in Perl. It certainly appears that Padre would meet those requirements, but if you all have any other suggestions, I am all ears. Again... thanks for being patient with me, and trying to help me get this going.
