Hi, I know the development of Padre has significantly slowed down, but there were quite some changes since the latest release on April 23, 2012 and I think without releases to CPAN, the development will never pick up again.
I'd like to raise the idea of a new monthly release schedule starting from January 2013. That leaves a week now to clean up any last minute issues. I know the most recent release was 0.96, the next one is going to be 0.98 and then the magic 1.00, but I think at this point it would be more important to get the ball rolling again than to think about the magic power of 1.00. So I'd just release 0.98 on 31 January and then 1.00 on 28 February without attaching any special meaning to these numbers. What do you think?
