Dear colegues,I call you that you will ignore festival PIAUI (BRASILE)
So, last year, I get FIRST PRIZE there.Until today I haven't get my prize and money.
I wrote them,a lot of time,but,they didn't to keep one's obligation.
IN SPITE OF THAT ,PIAUI WAS TO ANNOUNCE NEW COMPETITION THIS YEAR !!! IT'S VERY INSOLENT,AND DISHONESTLY!
