We are organising a special exhibition and are inviting all female cartoonists, caricaturists and illustrators to send up to 2 works on a theme to celebrate International Women’s Day in March. I have attached an Entry Form which you might be able to distribute and also display in your Museum. I hope we get a good response from the female cartoonists in Indonesia – we already have some cartoons from Indonesia in our archives from those women who have participated in the annual Rotary Cartoon Awards. This exhibition should give female cartoonists a good opportunity to showcase their art and we hope if it is a success and we can get funding/sponsorship we would like to make it into a competition with Prize Money, and make it an annual event.
