Sabah Heads For Glory After 42 Years Joining Malaysia

KOTA KINABALU, Sept 16 (Bernama) -- From being a backwater state in all
fields 42 years ago, Sabah has progressed and emerged among the robustly
developed states in the country.
However, the success was not achieved in the blink of an eye but took quite
a long time besides having to cross various obstacles, particularly after
independence, through the formation of Malaysia on Sept 16, 1963.
