POSE Error 18

I'm trying to download the 3.1 ROM from my Palm IIIx for testing in POSE
and am having difficulty. I'm using POSE (non-profile) d25 and as soon as I
click the 'Begin' button it says

"Could not transfer the ROM because error 18 occured."

Any ideas? ALso, are there 3.1 debug ROMs up anywhere yet?
