Unless platform or cost is a detriment, I strongly suggest
Metrowerks.  Its great.

In a word?  no.  But there are lots of clever ways of getting around this.
What sort of information does your system need to store? (And remember
there are cards to increase memory if you are the one supplying the
palm to your clients).
