MainForm menu missing on app launch

Hi,

Sorry about a newbie question.
On running an application ( dev.ed in CW ) in POSE, I do not find the
default menu on 'MainForm'. Though, I am find the menu resource when i
open the proj file in Constructor.
Why is this?
