Yes, the Japanese ROM works great on POSE.  However, a question about
the real Japanese WorkPad -- when I get my hands on one, it is
compatible with the English 3.x Palm Desktop?  Or does it come with its
own version of Desktop requiring a Japanese version of Windows? 
Obviously it would be cool to sync with an existing Desktop just like
any of the others in our Bucket-o-Organizers here.
