I'm not sure I understand your suggestion. I can see how this may avoid
the use of the Palm Install Tool (instapp.exe) but wouldn't this still
require the Hot Sync manager to to actually upload the file? I'm trying
to build the "Install/Upload" functionality into my own PC app.
