Development Resources Seeding Program - Link does not work.

Server Error
This server has encountered an internal error which prevents it from
fulfilling your request. The most likely cause is a misconfiguration. Please
ask the administrator to look for messages in the server's error log.

When I got the notice that my application was accepted I went there.  But
since I was dialed up I  didn't want to download anything.

No it now longer works and hasn't for at least a week.
