Ya, that one bit me pretty hard too. I had just finished writing a small
app, when I upgraded to 5.1, I lost everything and had to start over.
Since CW creates projects in the bin directory by default, it would be nice
if somewhere in the Upgrade process, it displayed a requester that required
you to _acknowledge_ that it will blow away your user data there.
