It's consistent here. The problem only occurs if you "maximize" the screen
(in my case on a 1024x768 screen) using the maximize button, or double
clicking on the child frames title bar. Enlarging the screen by dragging the
corner drag area of the child window seems to behave properly. So, whoever
programmed the MDI IDE is missing the child window maximize event.
