memory lockage question

Hi, all.

If a memory chunk in a storaage heap is locked when the system crashes, does it
remain locked after the reset? or do all chunks get unlocked during reset?
(It seems like they should all be unlocked, of course, but I notice that the
"busy" bit of records do not automatically get cleared after a crash, as I
suspect they should be)
