I would like to incorporate the MSCHAP authentication mechanism in my pop3 email client so that it can connect to Exchange Server. Palm Computing provides an MSCHAP extension which is used by the PPP component while connecting to a RAS server. Can I use the same MSCHAP extension from my email client and perform MSCHAP based authentication in a pop3 session.
