Highly un-kosher, but what if you make your app the same creator as the
built-in security app? If yours is NEWER, then it may be launched when
people tap the security icon, since it will be newer than the built-in one.
DmGetNextDBByTypeCreator() has a onlyLatest param, which I think is used to
make sure you always launch the newest version of things.
