If you pass the same ptr for start and end time to the SelectTime
function then you effectively allow only one time entry (even though the
start/end/no time buttons still appear).
Our C++ Application Framework, Teenee V1.1.0 (forthcoming), incorporates
a time dialog that allows you to select one time. It also allows you to
extend the dialog to capture other things that could be related to time
e.g. a date. The dialog offers the same UI as the dialog in the set-time
of prefs. The big advantage of Teenee's time dialog is that it works for
OS versions < 3.1. :-)
