Is there a way to find out if some optimization is
safe or not? Or a way to set CW to perform only safe-optimizations?

It would have nice if Palm had a list of known
problems/tricks/gotcha's listed on palm's website.
I know this is a huge task - but it would be a great help for us. I
subscribe to this list just
to find out about any known problems. I find it
very time consuming to follow a complete thread
just to find out DmWriteCheck() doesn't return
what it is supposed to... or to find the 'real'
meaning of DmSeekRecordInCategory(). And this data
is so vital to me that I can't afford to ignore these
emails. All of these can be summarised on 1 or 2 pages
on the web.. it need not be to be as elaborate as the
official FAQ.
