header file: OSerr -120

I'm getting 2 error messages after  "remove object code" while
recompiling the headers files of
Pilot.pch and sysall.pch
Error   : ### Error while creating pre compiled headerfile (OSErr -120)
###


(If I double click those files in the project window, they open, so they
must have been found...)
or are the files outdated, the history of these files said

 *    6/ 6/95  RM - Created by Ron Marianetti
 *    4/24/97  SL - Changes for PalmOS 2.0 SDK

(it's on a Win95 machine)
