Effort estimation for a Palm C++ application

Hi:

I am new to application development on the Palm, but am required to do
an estimation urgently, for developing an application on the Palm. The
application directly corresponds to a set of ActiveX controls that have
been developed for NT, using VB and VC++. Has somebody worked on this?
