There is no Palm control for capturing pen strokes on the screen. I've
heard other developers talk about creating one, but can't say I've even seen
one other than a Sat Forms control.
I would start by basing it on the Gadget control and work from there. I
know I may be interested in licensing such a control when/if it should
become available (wink, wink, nudge, nudge).
