CDK CD?

Has anyone received their CDK CD they were promised when they registered
CW5?  It's been about 3 months now with nothing?  Very similar to the free
stylus offer with my original PPPro.  Never got that either.  The problem
is, I'd actually be using the CDK if I had it!
