I'm not at all sure that such a thing as an 'XML Browser' exists anywhere. 
There are a few HTML browsers, each with various limitations, and Web
Clipper on Palm VII's has some HTML capabilities. I'm not aware of any
generic XML or SGML viewers or editors, beyond the Memo Pad and various
other text editors.

Do you also want to execute Java, and Java Beans on the Palm device? That
requires more then just serialization. Furthermore XML probably is not
suitable for many Palm applications, as XML is intended to be verbose,
easy to parse and human-comprehensible. Palm applications tend to try for
the opposites.
