The display streaks thread, IMHO, belongs on a general Palm discussion
list or newsgroup and not on this list. The purpose of this list is to
discuss software development - how to program for the Palm. While Palm
issues in general (how well does Palm support its customers, what is
their market share, etc.) are certainly of interest to us as developers,
they are NOT development issues. To discuss issues like this in a
"developer's only" environment, the Pilot Entrepreneur's forum
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) might be the best place.
There are plenty of real development-related issues to fill the time of
the developer support engineers like Bob, David, Roger, Steve, et. al.
Complaints about problems like the streaking problem and how Palm is
dealing with it should be going to *customer* support or to product
managers, not to the developer support engineers.
