No Subject

Hello,
     I have downloaded a small zip file called Palmplugin the directions
said
to replace the existing file within R5. My question is this file is a dll
and I can't find where it is now within R5 or windows.
     I am currently running R5 CW and have already downloaded and installed
the
R5 patch.
     How important is this plugin for the CW R5? Or is this plugin for the
emulator?
