If you think an app using floats/doubles and/or MathLib does not use
the NewFloatMgr, try running them on a PalmOS 1.0 device which does not
have the NewFloatMgr lib; they *will* crash (unless you included the
NewFloatMgr lib in the app).

It may just be a wording problem.  The CW compiler will "use"
the NewFloatMgr even if you don't include the NewFloatMgr.h file.
