Huh? Solution Provider id got changed

What's going on... yesterday I got an email saying Welcome to the Palm
Solution Provider Program which included a new user name and password,
even though of course I've been a member for a long time and haven't
changed anything.  Then today my old user name and password just stopped
working.  Is this supposed to happen to everybody?
