The text in that dialog is completely freeform, and isn't necessarily set
to anything relevant.  Its only real use is in the security lockout dialog,
to tell someone who finds the device who to give it back to.  You can't
really assume that it is valid.  It might contain a phone number, email
address, or any/all/none of the above.

I'd say the HotSync username is almost always the right one to use if
you're looking for the user's name. If you really want to be sure, you'll
have to let the user type it in to your app.
