It seems that the Flp conversions from A to F and
visa versa, only convert to and from numbers
with the following format: [-]x[.]yyyyyyyy[e[-]zz]

With that in mind I'd like to ask the following questions:

1) Does this limitation only apply to these conversion functions?
That is, the actual double or FlpDouble types contain data
with full 64 bit precision?

2) Does this limitation also apply to the add, sub, conv
functions also?

3) Any public domain A To F or F To A routines that convert
using full 64 bit precision?
