We've just released the 2.0 version of Bachmann Print Manager. Along with
the original graphics-oriented shared library, there is a text oriented
library, PageMgr. It provides API's for just printing line after line of
text. I don't believe the new releases have made it to our website yet, so
e-mail me separately if you are interested in a demo version of PageMgr.
