To answer your question, you can't do too much except maybe ask
the web page provider to remove the pages. Let's say I was running a
site which told all the nations secrets with respect to Palm
development. I may get an injunction in the US against publishing it.
But, let's say I'm in a country like Laos which isn't a signatory to
international copyright treaties. What can you do there? Nothing
because it is not an illegal act under their law.
