One solution is don't bother to look for that magic function that locks
crackers out. It may not exist on such a resource limited platform as the
Palm OS. Add some meager protection to encourage the honest user to
register, and go after crackers using your lawyer.

the article points out some good points in relation on how you
get people to buy your program.. it does not however solve our
problem for registrations and cracking.
