According to the source code I have for WinDrawLine(), it appears that
there is a bug in the routine DrawLine() if (x1,y1) is below and to the
left of (x2,y2) and is being clipped. That is (x1,y1) is in the clipping
area and (x2,y2) is not.
Did I miss a Technote on this? Is this bug documented/fixed somewhere?
