Another thing to point out is that you don't check to see if the MemHandleNew or MemHandleLock succeed in any of you code examples. Maybe it is failing to allocate, and returning null, then when you de-reference that pointer, you will get an error saying that you are accessing low memory (address zero to be exact). -Gabe Palm Creations
