It means it's time for you to crack out the OS reference manual.  If you
don't have it, you can download a pre-release version from
http://palm.3com.com/devzone/docs.html

The most common reason for an allocation failing is that you're out of free
space in the heap.  A slightly less common reason is that you're trying to
allocate more than 64K.

As to avoiding it -- use less memory.  :)

The form object memory is disposed of by FrmDeleteForm.
