I think CodeWarrior uses a proprietary binary for the resources. Difficult
to convert this into the RCP files that PilRC uses. But I did find a cool
thing that came with PilRC called PilRCUI. It is a Windows-only utility
which reads in a RCP file and shows you a mock-up! What a great little
program, and I think it represents the best of both worlds -- editing RCP
text files by hand and also being able to view a screenshot of how it will
look.
