What you're looking for might be in one of two places:
The login script utility under Applications -> Prefs -> "Network" Category ->
"Details" Button -> "Script..." Button . The dropdown gives the scripting commands
available.
NetLibIFSettingGet seems like it may also have what you want from the OS side. I
haven't used it...
