We require all development to be cross-platform, even if there is no
immediate need - everything must, at least, build under both
CodeWarrior/Palm and MSVC. The way we handle the Palm platform defines is
that we have a standard prefix file that we use with every CodeWarrior
project that defines "__palmos__". Since this file is only included for
CodeWarrior projects, the source remains cross-platform. Your mileage may
vary.
