It's apparently been taken down. But You can still get most of
the information from the "Dynamic UI construction" thread by Gary
Desrosiers on pilot.programmer, including assembly and C versions
of his routines under Palm OS 2.0. If you're using OS 3.0 or higher
you most likely won't need his code.
(If you're using GCC I believe it still has some alignment
problems with the Palm-supplied control UI headers. It's detailed
in the "Dynamic UI" thread.)
