It's a known bug in the Windows version of CodeWarrior. All apps built
with it will contain this bug, but it doesn't have any visible symptom
on Palm OS version 3.0 or earlier.

For apps that are already deployed, no.
For apps you have the source to, you can add code to explicitly fix the
underline style of every field.
Metrowerks and/or Palm Computing have been frustratingly slow in
addressing this problem. They have not yet announced a patch release to
fix this even though the problem was identified months ago.
