I know this is a really simple and hopefully not too
stupid of a question.
Looking at pilot.h, it seems that this includes most
of the other headers. In my apps I seem to include
more headers than necessary. I know the purpose of
headers but...
1) Does pilot.h include most all declarations that
are necessary for an app?
2) Does including pilot.h instead of individual
headers cause any waste or excess program size?
3) Is there a kind of a summary list of the headers
and when they should be included? Or what they
provide?
