FYI- the InSyncOnline (ISO) service knows WHICH unit you have. You picked
it from a list when you signed up for the service. The emails are
customized for each individual, so that's why it is always called the same
thing... it's like this:

Tip for your 'product' organizer:
Did you know .... on your 'product' organizer?
---
'product' is swapped out for YOUR unit when the emails go out. That could
be part of the reason for the nomenclature you're seeing!
