At least in the Windows version of POSE, you can do menu menu shortcuts by hitting Ctrl+C and then the shortcut letter. So if there is a standard Edit menu on the current form, you can do Copy by (1) press Ctrl+C; (2) let go; (3) press C quickly. (The Ctrl+C key is just the keyboard equivalent for the Graffiti menu shortcut stroke.) -slj-
