Unfortunately, this is a KADAK kernel API which our AMX license prevents us from
exposing to 3rd party developers. Even if we could, the Palm OS base kernel
configuration doesn't contain sufficient allocations for 3rd-party created timers, so
this API would be of no use to you. Sorry.
