You can't. The SelectOneTime function isn't built into the 3.0 ROM, but
is only in 3.1 and higher. That's what the documentation means when it
says it requires the "3.1 New Feature Set" to be present.
For 3.0, you might consider the older SelectTime function (though it
doesn't sound quite right for you) or implement a custom dialog.
