Install Error concerning fonts

I have a user trying to install my application on a Palm Pilot
Professional, System Version 2.0.4 Pro who is getting the following error:

Fatal Error:
font.c, line: 120, Invalid Font.

I wrote the application with Code Warrior 5 / Constructor and it works fine
on all the other Palm Devices I have tried it on...  Any ideas here?
