Hi Gene,

Just a thought. You could use categories to hold the different types of
special numbers. So have one category for the group information and one for
personal. Another option would be to hold the information externally and
link to this extarnal source. The external source could hold information
based on Palm ID as to personal numbers and global numbers. Thus HotSyncing
would only transfer numbers marked for the Palm ID being synced and the
Global Numbers.
