How to launch a PQA programmatically?

Hello,

I would like to launch a PQA programatically from within an application.  
Normal apps are launched via the following line of code:

     SysUIAppSwitch (cardNo, dbID, sysAppLaunchCmdNormalLaunch, 0);

However, that doesn't work with PQA's since they are not normal 
applications.  It is my understanding that the default Palm Launcher 
launches some sort of "PQA viewer" application which loads the desired 
PQA.  How would I do this from within an application?
