Large code model.

Hi y'all,

Ran into the infamous "<_foo> 16-bit code reference to <_bar>is out of
range." linker error just now - I'd been expecting it, code had been growing
... changing the link order didn't help so I selected the "large" code
model. And it compiled cleanly. Struck me as being too easy :-)

Are there any "gotchas" to look out for when using this, apart from the size
penality I assume you get as references are stored using larger wotists?
